Shipping Terms

To start, we deliver within Germany.

Shipping costs are €3.99 per order. From an order value of €50, we ship free of charge.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment or completion of the order.

Shipping is handled by DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. For parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, additional costs may arise for re-shipping.

In the event of transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pitfuel.de. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
