Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop at www.pitfuel.de.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to place an order.

By clicking the button "Buy Now," "Order with Obligation to Pay," or a comparable button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT), plus any applicable shipping costs.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

The estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Please observe the information provided on the respective product page, in particular ingredients, nutritional values, recommended daily intake, caffeine content notices, allergen information, and storage instructions.

The products must be used only in accordance with the stated recommended intake.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

13. Storage of the Contract Text

We store the text of the contract and will send you the order details, as well as these Terms and Conditions, by e-mail.

14. Severability

Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
